Oramatech Services Ltd  will not disclose or distribute customer information to third parties without prior written consent by the customer.

Welcome to
Oramatech Services Ltd - Cyprus Web site (the "Site"). By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, please do not use the Site. Oramatech Services Ltd may from time to time modify or revise the Terms by updating this Web page without any notification. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as changed. If any change is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your use of the Site.

It is our policy to respect the privacy of individuals who visit the Site or provide Comments to us. By accepting these Terms, you expressly consent to the use and disclosure of your personally identifiable and other information.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by
Oramatech Services Ltd.

Basic Terms and Conditions.

Network Uptime is the total time in a calendar month that Oramatech Services Ltd network is available through the Internet, provided that Client has established connectivity. Oramatech takes responsibility for Network availability within their network, however, we cannot be held liable for upstream problems, outside of our network. Our guarantee is that our Network will be available to clients free of Network Outages, that render 100% packet loss, 99% of each calendar month.

Network Outages or Unscheduled Downtime is any unplanned or unscheduled interruption in Service availability during which Client is unable to access the services as described in the section titled “Network Uptime” above. A Network Outage is defined as a period in which 100% packet loss to our network is experienced, which is determined to have been caused by a problem in Oramatech's Network as confirmed by Oramatech. Downtime or outages are measured as the total length of time of the unplanned interruption in service availability in a calendar month.

Scheduled Downtime is any Oramatech scheduled interruption of Services, for the purpose of network upgrades, or replacement of any equipment in order to provide for you better service. Downtime may occur due to failures and you can see this under support / server status.

Oramatech is not responsible for the restoration of data to server. We strongly recommend that you take backups or can purchase additional automated backup options for your site, and keep copies of your data off-site for any needed purposes. If hardware failure and/or data loss occurs, you the client are responsible for data restoration. Oramatech shall not be liable for loss of data under any circumstance.

To pay for the given services in time. In case of non-payment in time, your site will be suspended/frozen in three days, and after a seven-day delay with payment will be automatically removed.
In case of braking any of our Terms and or Conditions, we will not refund any or part of the money paid and your account will be suspended and deleted imediatly.

What may not be hosted on our network/server:
-to use means for dispatch UCE ( Spam )
-Child pornography
-Copyrighted media, includes but not limited to: Video, Music, TV, Radio
-Hacking tools / material

- Wrong email or other configuration through the clients control panel leading to problems on the server will lead to suspend and deletion of the account without notice.
- Anything that may harm us, the server, or anyone else (mentally, physically)
